Refund Policy

1. YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN
We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
After this period, we are unable to accept return or exchange requests.
2. HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
We process all returns and exchanges through our returns platform, powered by Reveni. It's quick, simple and fully online.

To get started:
- Enter your order number (e.g.
#123456) - Provide the email address used to place the order
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason
- Follow the instructions provided
Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
3. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- In their original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Items that show signs of use, damage or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Underwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons, unless returned sealed and in perfect condition
- Items purchased during final sale promotions, unless they arrive defective or incorrect
- Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not eligible for exchanges or returns
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (defective item, wrong item sent, etc.), in which case Saints Delyé will cover the full cost of collection and reshipment.
6. REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout, unless you prefer to receive store credit or a bank transfer — in which case, please indicate your preference when submitting your return request through Reveni.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
7. EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or a different product, please submit your request through our Reveni portal:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.
8. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at saintsdelyestudio@gmail.com. Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and the packaging
We will arrange collection and resend the correct item at no cost to you.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been prepared for shipment. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at saintsdelyestudio@gmail.com with your order number.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please follow our standard return process once you receive the item.
