1. WHERE WE SHIP
We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we've got you covered.
Please note that for certain destinations — particularly outside the European Union — customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
2. SHIPPING CARRIER
We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. The carrier assigned to your order may vary depending on your destination and service availability. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are delivered within a maximum of 14 days from the date of dispatch, regardless of destination. In most cases, delivery will be faster. Estimated timeframes by region are:
- Spain (mainland): 2–5 business days
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: up to 14 business days
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at saintsdelyestudio@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as customs processing, local holidays or carrier delays. Saints Delyé is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, package weight and dimensions. The exact amount will be displayed clearly before you confirm your order.
Free shipping may be available from a minimum order value. When applicable, this will be indicated on the Website.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery. If you experience any issues with your tracking information, please contact us at saintsdelyestudio@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.
6. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If the carrier is unable to deliver your order — due to absence, an incorrect address or any other reason — they will leave a notice and either attempt a second delivery or hold the package at a local pick-up point for a limited period.
If the package is not collected within that period, it will be returned to Saints Delyé. In this case, the cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing an order.
7. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives with visible damage, please note the issue on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery, and contact us at saintsdelyestudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include photographs of both the packaging and the product so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows no movement for an unusual period of time, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at saintsdelyestudio@gmail.com. We will investigate the situation with the carrier and do our best to find a solution.
