2. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

These Legal Notice and Terms and Conditions govern the access, browsing and use of the website delye.co (hereinafter, "the Website"), owned by SAINTS DELYE 2025, S.L. (hereinafter, "the Company").

Accessing the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions contained in this document. The user agrees to use the Website in accordance with applicable laws, good faith, public order and these Terms and Conditions.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the Website.

3. PURCHASING CONDITIONS

To place an order on delye.co, the user must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a legal guardian.
  • Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information during the purchase process.
  • Have a valid payment method.

The purchase contract is completed at the moment the Company sends the user an order confirmation by email. This confirmation will include an order summary, total amount and shipping details.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, out-of-stock situation or suspicion of fraud, notifying the customer and issuing a full refund if payment has already been made.

4. PRICES AND TAXES

All prices published on the Website are expressed in euros (€). For orders shipped within Spain, prices include applicable VAT. For international orders, additional taxes, customs duties or fees may apply according to the regulations of the destination country, and these will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable after an order has been confirmed, the Company will notify the customer and offer the following options: replacement with an equivalent product, waiting until the item is restocked, or a full refund of the amount paid.

6. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website — including texts, photographs, graphics, images, logos, technology, software, source code, graphic design and audiovisual content — is the property of the Company or of third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property legislation.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company shall not be held liable for:
